Delhi..Gilma..Gulphi..Delphi etc etc which has further confused the police and police have escalated the issue to CBI thinking of involvement of hi-tech cyber criminals in this case.PS Note: The rhyming word Delphi for Gulphi is a programmin language in IT world and police suspect the criminals have come to take a special trg.
